BookingTo book a treatment online, simply click “Book treatment” and provide your credit card details. Confirmation of your booking will be sent to your email address. This is also how to cancel or change your booking (at least 24 hours before your appointment).
Our telephone booking service is open Monday-Friday 9.30-16.30 (closed for lunch 13.00-13.45) and Saturday 10,00-14,00 (not closed for lunch). Any cancellation or change regarding your booking must be done at least 24 hours before your appointment. Failure to do so means that full price will be charged.
Please inform our booking staff if you are pregnant, if you suffer from high blood pressure or any other major illness. When you book you may, if you wish, state a preference for a male or female consultant, or specify a particular therapist. Please remember to book in time, particularly for large groups.
The day of the treatmentPlease leave enough time to register in the reception prior to your appointment. Please remember that at peak times, there may be queues. Gift vouchers may be used as payment. The receptionist will guide you to the treatment area and provide you with a locker key, towel and bathrobe if these are included in your booking.
